Musical Futures North West Showcase

At Wall2Wall Music we are delighted to announce the first Musical Futures North West Showcase on Wednesday 20th June, 9.45am-2.30pm at St Cecilia’s College, Bligh’s Lane, Derry/Londonderry.

This FREE showcase event celebrates the achievements of schools and students from the North West who have been participating in the Musical Futures Northern Ireland pilot in 2011-12. It is also an opportunity for teachers who would like to find out more about Musical Futures and network with Musical Futures experts.

Sarah Murphy of Wall2Wall Music and Musical Futures NI Co-ordinator says:

“There has been so much wonderful work done by teachers and students this year that we thought why not get together and showcase it all. The performances by the schools will be interspersed with a keynote speech by David Price OBE, performances by visiting artists and footage from the pilot year. I’m really looking forward to it.”
